Grown across multiple regions in Colombia, this coffee is harvested in the fall, winter and spring, and is carefully sorted to make the best cup. Favored for its balanced body, it brings forward notes of milk chocolate, black tea and red grapes for a sumptuous experience.
Grown in the Huehuetenango region in the the highlands of Western Guatemala, this coffee is fully washed and was first grown by renowned coffee grower Aurelio Villatoro. It features notes of maple, milk chocolate and fruit, with a syrupy body.
Grown under the shade of native rainforest trees, this Panamanian Geisha is cultivated in the mountains of Santa Clara, Panama. This region’s cold wind and rain, which derive from the Atlantic through the mountains dividing Panama, and the rich volcanic soil, are huge contributors to Geisha’s low productivity but intense flavor. It features a light body of honey, citrus, and floral notes.
Grown in the Gedeo Zone, in Southern Ethiopia, this coffee is cultivated by small-scale farmers, in the shade of Ethiopian banana crops. Harvested from late fall to early spring, this coffee is memorable for its bright acidity, as well as its floral and citrus notes.
This coffee was first brought from India to Indonesia by the Dutch at the end of the 17th century, where it thrived on coffee plantations in Java, and became one of the most iconic coffee beans in the world. Harvested in spring and summer, this coffee brings forth notes of bittersweet chocolate, green apple and citrus.
