We recommend ordering the coffee as whole beans to maintain freshness. Once you're ready to brew it, you can grind the coffee beans to ensure it's as fresh as possible.

Currently, we do not carry decaf options at the moment.

Since coffee is perishable, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order (e.g. received the wrong item, item arrived damaged), please reach out to us at info@thecafeina.com.
